Job Description:

  • 1. Focused on ERP sales to Promotional Suppliers in named list
  • 2. Contribute to all pre-sales processes and tasks including:
    • a. Creating and customizing marketing collateral, proposals, presentations as needed
    • b. Identifying and profiling specific suspects and prospects
    • c. All telephonic, mail and face to face  communications with prospects
    • d. Demonstrating core product, understanding customer requirements and translating them into specifications

Job Description:

  • Analyse the industries and individual companies as a whole and provide detailed reports for the clients as per the market research requirement.
  • Provide a competitive analysis basis of the research.
  • Setup, Manage and Execute Survey and research projects to gather critical generic, technical and specific data about the targets.
  • Abililty to create partnerships for a Joint survey with established survey companies, associations and technology companies.

Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst

Powerweave Software Services LLC is seeking a business analyst to support our corporate clients in the US. While working to expand Powerweave's team and operations in the US, this position is responsible for ensuring that the customer/user receives a product or service designed to bring them process efficiency while ensuring a sustainable ROI for Powerweave. Working as the user advocate, he/she will analyze requirements, create an optimized process, answer and get questions answered, work with the team, check that requirements are interpreted consistently, and ensure that the customer receives what is needed. On large-scale efforts the analyst is expected to take a leadership role within analysis. The position is based in Columbia, MD and reports to the President, Powerweave Software Services LLC.

Essential Role Responsibilities:
Artwork and Order Process Management:
- Understand and analyze client's vector and raster-based artwork and digitizing processes to estimate resource requirements and costs and suggest improvements and optimizations.
- Improve client's order management processes to improve their accuracy and enhance customer service using industry tools such as ERP systems entry, ESPonline, SAGE, etc.
- Assist in planning system functionality and proactively identify recurring issues or "value-add" areas to propose systematic solutions that lead to improvements in efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with Clients, Project Managers, Developers, and Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks.

ERP System Analysis:
- Evaluate client processes and business requirements and develop concise functional requirements and work flow charts to define project scope and customizations required.
- Work with promotional industry clients to identify opportunities to use Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems to improve business process and results.
- Build and present customized demonstrations for product offerings by gathering, creating and documenting current and future business process flows.

Internet Services Requirements Analysis:
- Create and present proposals for internet marketing solutions using market research tools and financial modeling and present these strategies to clients to secure buy-in.
- Organize Powerweave's offerings using sound marketing and branding business principles as applicable to ecommerce websites to create proposals that bring value for industry clients.
- Understand and manage client requirements for tools such as social media, internet marketing, search engine optimization and google analytics while pairing them with Powerweave's capabilities profitably.

Essential Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in Business, Science, or related major
- 2+ years performing business process analysis for multiple stakeholders
- 2+ years of marketing and design experience preferred
- Good understanding of both vector and raster based Graphics software (Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw), as well as exposure to Web Services, HTML and ERP systems (any one).
- Proficient with MS Office suite including Visio, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is desired.
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility and adaptability outside the assigned service area
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills for this Job:
- Proficiency in Financial modeling, ROI and P&L analysis
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and business process optimization
